Our Store Policies

SERVICE AS IT SHOULD BE

At Homey Bread and Pastries, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!
1. We will try to respond to your queries as soon as possible.
2. Please fell free to contact us regarding your order/s anyway possible
3. Upon confirming your order/s, we expect 50% of down payment 3 days a week before your delivery schedule. If deposit has not been made, we will consider it Cancelled.
4. Please feel free to let us know the specifics of your order in a way that we can render you better services.
5. Make sure that there is always a Best before seal in every product. Return the product if best before seal is not present or tampered. Refunds will be given if this happen. 
6. For better customer-dealer relationship and to minimize problems in the future, kindly take a picture of the product upon delivery. Send us a message if you like our service and or products, or if there is a problem which we do hope will not happen as we will do our best to comply to our customers' need before hand.
